Terms of Service

FixQuote ("the Service") provides AI-assisted repair diagnosis and cost estimates for repair businesses. By using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. Estimates are guidance, not guarantees

Diagnoses, parts lists and prices are estimates generated from a knowledge base and are for the repair professional's reference. Final costs depend on physical inspection, local part prices and availability. FixQuote is not liable for losses arising from quotes shown to end customers.

2. Accounts & fair use

The Free plan allows 15 quotes per calendar month. Pro removes this limit. You must not resell or scrape the Service.

3. Payments

Pro is billed monthly in INR via Razorpay, inclusive of applicable GST. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Data

Job records you create are stored to provide history features. See our Privacy Policy for DPDP/GDPR-aware handling.
