FixQuote is built for repair shops in India and handles data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP) and GDPR principles.

What we store

• Quotes you generate: device category, the fault you typed, and the estimate.
• Optional customer name and phone number you add to a quote.
• Usage counts for plan limits.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data or your customers' data. We do not show ads.

Customer data you enter

You are responsible for having a lawful basis to store a customer's contact details. You can request deletion of any job record at any time.

AI processing

Core diagnosis runs on our own knowledge base. If optional AI refinement is enabled, the fault text (without customer contact details) may be processed by a model provider under a zero-retention configuration.
